Answer: Simply put, Play Hickory ships the authentic golf equipment to your country club so you can put on a special tournament or anniversary event. We make it easy! We handle all logistics, provide the clubs and golf balls, you can even get a great deal on knickers!

Question: How long before the event do we need to know the quantity of club sets to reserve?

Answer: The sooner you can pick a date and lock it in with a down payment the better. You should have an idea of the event size to begin with and work to promote the event. It takes a lot of work to coordinate multiple events and your accurate estimates are appreciated.

Question: I have a date in mind for our hickory event but it looks like you already have an event on or close to that date?

Answer: Always give us a call to request a date! Not all events you see listed are full sized and it is possible for us to serve more than one customer on or around the same date. We will have 100 hickory club sets available by mid 2008.
