Answer: Simply put, Play Hickory ships the authentic golf equipment to your country club so you can put on a special tournament or anniversary event. We make it easy! We handle all logistics and provide the clubs and golf balls.

Question: How long before the event do we need to know the quantity of club sets to reserve?

Answer: The sooner you can pick a date and lock it in with a down payment the better. You should have an idea of the event size to begin with and work to promote the event. It takes a lot of work to coordinate multiple events and your accurate estimates are appreciated.

Question: I have a date in mind for our hickory event but it looks like you already have an event on or close to that date?

Answer: Always give us a call to request a date! Not all events you see listed are full sized and it is possible for us to serve more than one customer on or around the same date.
